Subscriptions

Your subscription would continue till the end of the tenure. You can activate your account till the tenure ends. We do not refund the payments already made by the customers.

No. There are no hidden costs. You can either opt for the monthly subscription or annual subscription.

You can opt for the trail version, which gives 30 days of trial period.

The standard trial version is for 30 days. In the trail version, you can add only 100 patients. Post trail period, you need to opt for paid subscription.

No. You do not lose any data when you purchase a subscription within the trial period. Your account would be upgraded and you would be allowed to add unlimited patients.

Data Security

Yes. ZibRX is HIPAA complaint. The data is securely saved in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, which is HIPAA compliant hosting provider.

Your data is safely secured in our Azure Servers and it is 100% safe. We also do daily backups of the data for the security reasons.

You can download the patient data in an excel sheet and the copy of the prescriptions in PDF format.

Yes. You can get in touch with us (info@zibrx.com) regarding data transfers from existing backup data. If your previous vendor is allowing you download the data in standard medical formats, then we do allow transferring of data.

ZibRX is an extremely easy to understand software. It takes less than 20 minutes to understand the key functionality and get started. Moreover, we have provided written as well as video tutorials to help you all steps. You can also reach out to our customer support for learning any additional functionality.

Customization

ZibRX product roadmap includes integrations with several softwares. You can get in touch with us via info@zibrx.com to know if the specific integration you want is included in our roadmap and what would be the timeline for the same.

We do not offer direct customization services for specific clinics.
